- 1 lb. carrots, halved lengthwise
- 1 lb. small whole white onions (about 18)
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- toasted slivered almonds
Directions

1Cut carrots in 3-inch pieces.

2In covered saucepan, cook carrots and onions in water for 30 minutes or until tender. Drain.

3Stir in soup, 1/2 cup water, parsley and paprika.

4Heat; stir occasionally.

5Garnish with almonds.

6Makes about 4 cups.
