  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins, soaked in hot water and drained
  • 3 jars junior baby carrots

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Then mix oil, eggs and carrots.

    Add to dry ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Add drained raisins.

    Bake in 9 x 12-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
