  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. raw cashews
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    In an iron skillet, boil honey and water until it forms a soft ball when dropped into cold water.

    Add nuts and continue to boil until brown, 10 to 12 minutes.

    Stir continuously.

    Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and soda.

    Mix well and pour onto a greased cookie sheet.

    When cool, break into pieces.

    Makes 1 pound.
