- 3/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. raw cashews
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1In an iron skillet, boil honey and water until it forms a soft ball when dropped into cold water.

2Add nuts and continue to boil until brown, 10 to 12 minutes.

3Stir continuously.

4Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla and soda.

5Mix well and pour onto a greased cookie sheet.

6When cool, break into pieces.

7Makes 1 pound.
