  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 1 (12 oz.) can sugar peas, drained (small ones)
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
  • 3 c. fine noodles, cooked
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. bread crumbs (8 to 10 slices), toasted

Directions

    Mix bread crumbs and margarine; brown meat on medium heat.

    Add onions.

    Cook until tender, not brown.

    Add next 9 ingredients. Stir in noodles.

    Pour into 2 buttered casseroles.

    Sprinkle top with toasted bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
