- 10 medium potatoes
- 1/2 to 1 c. milk, scalded
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onions (to taste)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil the potatoes; drain well. Add all other ingredients except milk.

2Mix well, adding milk a little at a time.

3(Don't let potatoes get too mushy.)

4Put in casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
