Casserole Potatoes

  • 10 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 to 1 c. milk, scalded
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onions (to taste)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil the potatoes; drain well. Add all other ingredients except milk.

    Mix well, adding milk a little at a time.

    (Don't let potatoes get too mushy.)

    Put in casserole. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
