- 1 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese, cubed
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 (12 oz.) can Mexican corn, drained
Directions

1In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

2Pour into greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

4Top with additional picante sauce and sour cream.
