  • 1 pt. cooked and boned fish
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 5 medium potatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 strips crisp bacon
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Cook fish until tender in 1 1/2 cups water.
