- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 large stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups water
- 1 cube fish boullion
- 2-3 cups potatoes diced and blanched
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced and blanched
- 1 can baby clams, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups milk
Directions

11)Melt margarine and sautee the onion and celery.

33) slowly stir in the water and fish boullion

55) stir in baby clams

66) simmer for approx. 5 minutes and then stir in milk

77) return to simmer and serve w/in thirty minutes
