  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. vermicelli noodles
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
  • 1 jar chopped artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1/2 can black olives, sliced or chopped
  • savor salt
  • lemon pepper
  • dressing

Directions

    Mix above ingredients.

    Season with savor salt and lemon pepper.

    Mix to taste with buttermilk Ranch dressing or Italian dressing or a 1/2 and 1/2 combination.
