- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 c. cottage cheese (at room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. cattail pollen
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix.

3Place in casserole and let rise in warm place until double in bulk.

4Knead down into a ball.

5Grease casserole dish well.

6Place ball of dough in casserole.

7Let rise until double in bulk and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
