- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Cook cauliflower about 2 minutes and take out of water, save about 1 cup of water it was cooked in.

2In bottom of pan add flour and butter.

3Let brown just a little.

4Add warm water that cauliflower was cooked in.

5Add salt and nutmeg; drop cauliflower back in and steam until tender, about 1 minute.
