Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce

- 2 cans Chicken Broth (14.5 Ounce Each)
- 2 cups Water
- 1 head Fresh Cauliflower, Cut Into Florets
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 6 cloves Roasted Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
Directions

1In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil and add cauliflower. Boil for about 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is fork tender. Drain cauliflower and place in a blender with all of the remaining ingredients. Blend until the sauce is smooth. Feel free to add a splash more milk to get the right consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings until you feel happy.
