Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 cans Chicken Broth (14.5 Ounce Each)
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 head Fresh Cauliflower, Cut Into Florets
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 6 cloves Roasted Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

Directions

    In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil and add cauliflower. Boil for about 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is fork tender. Drain cauliflower and place in a blender with all of the remaining ingredients. Blend until the sauce is smooth. Feel free to add a splash more milk to get the right consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings until you feel happy.
