  • 1 Lg head cauliflower
  • 3 T Butter
  • 2 T Half and Half
  • 1/4 t lemon zest
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Chopped chives (garnish)

Directions

    Cut cauliflower into florets and steam in a steamer basket over simmering water for 20 min

    Transfer to food processor and puree with butter, half- and - half, and lemon zest

    season with salt and peper
