- 1 tube crescent rolls
- 1 large bag frozen cauliflower
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (5 or 6 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 onion
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Press crescent rolls into 9-inch pie pan like a pie crust. Cook cauliflower a little and drain good.

2Melt butter and pour over cauliflower.

3Put buttered cauliflower on crescent roll crust.

4Chop up an onion over cauliflower.

5Beat eggs and pour on top of mixture.

6Sprinkle cheese on top.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
