  • 3 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1x nonstick nonstick cooking spray
  • 8 ounces sour cream, non-fat
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
  • 2 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed (dippity dill)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 13 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

    Steam cauliflower 8 minutes or until tender.

    Drain.

    Arrange in a shallow casserole dish coated with cooking spray.

    Combine sour cream and next six ingredients in a bowl.

    Stir well.

    Pour over cauliflower.

    Combine bread crumbs and paprika, sprinkle over cauliflower.

    Bake, uncovered at 375F (190C) F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
