- 1 medium head cauliflower, thinly sliced
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. ripe olives, cut in half
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a large bowl, place first five ingredients.

2In jar, place remaining ingredients.

3Cover and shake.

4Pour over vegetables and stir until well coated.

5Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours, stirring occasionally.
