Cauliflower Salad

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 c. Italian dressing
- 1 c. or more mayonnaise
- paprika (for sprinkling)
Directions

1Wash and cook cauliflower until just tender; drain.

2Place in a bowl and pour dressing over.

3Let marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight; drain well.

4Place cauliflower on serving plate; frost entire head with mayonnaise.

5Sprinkle with paprika. Use a spoon to serve.

6Pat cauliflower dry with paper towels before adding mayonnaise.

7It will frost better.
