  • 2 c. raw cauliflower, cut in small pieces
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) can pimiento
  • minced pepper to taste
  • 1/3 c. low calorie mayonnaise
  • 5 Tbsp. table mustard
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
