Cauliflower Soup

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. milk
  • 7 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook cauliflower, carrot and onion until extra tender.

    Then run through blender.

    Add half and half, margarine, milk, bacon and the Velveeta cheese to taste.

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Can put in cream of mushroom soup or thicken milk with flour.
