Cauliflower Soup

- 2 c. water
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon (instant, not cubed)
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. half and half
Directions

1Bring two cups of water to a boil and place cauliflower, broken into flowerets, and onion in water and cook until tender. Place (including water) into blender and blend until smooth.

2Set aside.

3Mix butter and flour and mix in 1 cup water gradually. Heat until it starts to boil.

4Stir in blender mix and rest of ingredients, except cream.

5Heat until it just boils and add cream.

6Heat to serving temperature.
