  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 5 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 c. ham (optional)

Directions

    Boil cauliflower, carrots and onion until tender.

    Drain water.

    Cook potatoes in small amount of water until done, then mash.
  4. 4
    Add potatoes, milk and seasonings to cauliflower mixture. Heat through, then add cheese and ham and heat until cheese is melted.
