  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie margarine, melted
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules
  • 2 cups cauliflower flowerets

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Set aside.

    Combine water and bouillon granules in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Add cauliflower, and cook, uncovered, 4 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Combine cauliflower and herb mixture; toss gently.
