Ingredients

  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2 pkg. (6 oz.) or 4 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Sparkling Wild Berry Flavor Gelatin
  • 4 cups cold ginger ale

Directions

    Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

    Refrigerate 20 minutes.

    Gently stir in cold ginger ale.

    Refrigerate 25 minutes or until slightly thickened.

    Gently stir for 10 seconds.

    Pour into Millennium mold or any 6-cup mold.

    Cover.

    Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight until firm.

    Unmold.

    Garnish as desired.

    Note: To prepare with champagne, use 2 cups each cold champagne and ginger ale.
