- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 pkg. (6 oz.) or 4 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Sparkling Wild Berry Flavor Gelatin
- 4 cups cold ginger ale
Directions

1Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

2Refrigerate 20 minutes.

3Gently stir in cold ginger ale.

4Refrigerate 25 minutes or until slightly thickened.

5Gently stir for 10 seconds.

6Pour into Millennium mold or any 6-cup mold.

7Cover.

8Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight until firm.

9Unmold.

10Garnish as desired.

11Note: To prepare with champagne, use 2 cups each cold champagne and ginger ale.
