Ingredients

  • 3 (46 ounce) cans pineapple juice
  • 1 pint brandy (16oz)
  • 1 pint Cointreau liqueur (16oz)
  • 1 cup white corn syrup
  • 3 (25 ounce) bottles champagne (or thereabouts)

Directions

    Mix pineapple juice, brandy, cointreau and corn syrup.

    Cover & chill for 24hrs.

    When ready to serve, put in a large punch bowl with a big chunk of ice and add the champagne.
