- 6 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and chopped
- 10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 6 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped
- 6 large mushrooms, finely chopped
- small amount of garlic
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. tomato puree
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet. Add onion and saute lightly, then add mushrooms.

3Saute until liquid evaporates.

4Stir in cooked spinach.

5Add garlic, bacon and tomato puree.

6Cool.
