- 2 celeriacs peeled and roughly cut
- 2 potatoes peeled and roughly cut
- 1 onion large dice, divided
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions

1In a small sauce pot place celeriac, add water to cover.

2In separate pot place potato with water to cover.

3Place half the onion in each pot and simmer until each is fork tender.

4Strain liquid and place all ingredients in a food processor.

5Puree until mash has a smooth consistency.

6Season with salt and pepper to taste.
