- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. blanched almonds
- 4 c. diagonally sliced celery
- 1 chicken bouillon cube, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Melt butter in a large skillet over low heat. Saute almonds until lightly browned.

2Add celery, chicken bouillon cube, instant minced onion, sugar, garlic powder and ground ginger.

3Stir until mixed.

4Cover and cook 10 minutes or until celery is tender-crisp.
