- 1 c. green chilies, chopped
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
- 1 doz. tortillas
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients and melt in double boiler to make a sauce.

2Salt and pepper meat.

3Cook meat until brown; add onion when meat is done.

4Add cheese and melt.

5Remove from heat.

6Dip tortillas in hot oil about 10 seconds.

7Drain.

8Roll meat in tortillas; place in baking dish and cover with cheese sauce.

9Bake.
