- 8 c. celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 (15 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 small can (about 3 oz.) pimento
- 1/4 c. toasted almonds
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Cook celery until crisp and tender, about 8 minutes.

2Mix with water chestnuts, pimento, almonds and cream of chicken soup. Place in baking dish and bake in 350° oven for about 35 minutes. (Can be prepared ahead of time, just refrigerate until ready to bake, then put crumbs on top.) Recipe can be cut in half for smaller amount.
