  • 4 c. celery
  • 2 oz. chopped pimentos
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook celery in water and salt in a tightly covered pan for 5 minutes.

    Mix other ingredients and add to cooked celery.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Stir before serving.

    Garnish with cashews if desired.
