  • 1 bunch celery
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts

Directions

    Parboil sliced celery, onions (sliced) and salt combined. Drain well.

    Mix soup, cornstarch, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Add to celery mixture.

    Place in a greased 3-quart casserole.

    Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
