  • 1 c. water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. slivered almonds
  • 1/4 lb. or 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. small diced celery
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 24 Ritz crackers
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil celery 7 minutes in 1/2 teaspoon salt.

    In the meantime, dice water chestnuts and crumb crackers.

    Mix margarine, crackers and soup.
  4. 4
    Drain celery and mix with crackers and soup mix.
  5. 5
    Bake 25 minutes in a 350° oven.
