  • 1 large pascal celery, cut into 1-inch pieces to make 6 c.
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and sliced
  • 1 can drained and sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup

Directions

    Heat celery to boil in 1/2 cup water with 1 teaspoon of salt and simmer 10 minutes.

    Drain and put in a casserole.

    Add vegetables and soup.

    Cook at 350° for 20 minutes.
