- 1 large pascal celery, cut into 1-inch pieces to make 6 c.
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and sliced
- 1 can drained and sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Directions

1Heat celery to boil in 1/2 cup water with 1 teaspoon of salt and simmer 10 minutes.

2Drain and put in a casserole.

3Add vegetables and soup.

4Cook at 350° for 20 minutes.
