- 1 1/2 tsp. turkey fat
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 6 slices dry bread, made into Melba
- 1 c. fat-free chicken broth
- 3/4 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 slightly beaten egg
Directions

1Chop onion and celery.

2Saute in turkey fat.

3Prepare Melba toast.

4Cube and stir in broth.

5Add marjoram, salt, pepper and sauteed vegetables.

6Add well beaten egg.

7Coat casserole dish with vegetable pan spray.

8Spoon mixture into casserole.

9Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes or until the dressing is puffy.
