Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. salad oil

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients and the grated onion.
  2. 2
    Add a small amount of oil and mix well.
  3. 3
    Gradually add alternately the vinegar and oil, ending with oil.
  4. 4
    In this way the celery seed will be well mixed in the dressing and it should not separate.
