- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 3 or 4 lb. haddock
- 1 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Use 2 containers.

2Put your milk in one and bread crumbs in another.

3Roll haddock in milk first, then roll haddock in the bread crumbs next.

4In bottom of a buttered 9 x 9-inch cake pan, place haddock.

5Pour the rest of your butter on the top of your haddock.

6Bake in preheated 350° oven until fish is flaky and pulls apart easily with a fork.
