  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3 or 4 lb. haddock
  • 1 c. butter, melted

    Use 2 containers.

    Put your milk in one and bread crumbs in another.

    Roll haddock in milk first, then roll haddock in the bread crumbs next.

    In bottom of a buttered 9 x 9-inch cake pan, place haddock.

    Pour the rest of your butter on the top of your haddock.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven until fish is flaky and pulls apart easily with a fork.
