- 2 lbs. imitation crabmeat
- 4 limes
- 2 avocados
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 ea. green, red & yellow pepper, chopped
- Fresh ground pepper
- Seafood cocktail sauce mixed with few drops of Tabasco
Directions

1Flake the crabmeat in a large mixing bowl and douse with juice of one (1) lime.

2Add avocados, onions and peppers.

3Stir gently.

4Season with ground pepper and juice from the second lime. Cover and refrigerate.

5Serve from your prettiest bowl surrounded by pita bread, triangles, party crackers, endive spears and remaining two (2) limes sliced.

6Serve with cocktail sauce.
