  • lime juice enough to cover fish
  • Worcestershire sauce (enough to give brownish tone to fish)
  • celery
  • onions
  • tomatoes
  • cilantro
  • 2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
  • bell pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oregano to taste

    Marinate fish in lime juice and Worcestershire for 24 hours in refrigerator.
