- 10 limes
- 2 lf. tomatoes
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 hot pepper
- 1 sm. white onion
- 1 purple onion
- 1 tablespoon. olive oil
- 14 cup ketchup
- 1 can hearts of palm
- 1 sm jar spanish olives
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1tsp. ground cumin
Directions

1Cut fish into bite size pieces and cover with lime or lemon juice in a not metallic bowl. Combine the fish 4-5 hours in frig. Drain and pat dry. Combine with rest of ingred, and refig 5 hours or over night.
