  • 1 1/2 lbs. firm white fish
  • 10 limes
  • 2 lf. tomatoes
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 2 hot pepper
  • 1 sm. white onion
  • 1 purple onion
  • 1 tablespoon. olive oil
  • 14 cup ketchup
  • 1 can hearts of palm
  • 1 sm jar spanish olives
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1tsp. ground cumin

    Cut fish into bite size pieces and cover with lime or lemon juice in a not metallic bowl. Combine the fish 4-5 hours in frig. Drain and pat dry. Combine with rest of ingred, and refig 5 hours or over night.
