Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb pre-cooked shrimp
  • 6 cup clamato/spicy clamato
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 1/2 jalepeno
  • 1 fresh lime juice
  • 1 yellow pepper-optional
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb pre-cooked shrimp
  • 1 english cucumber

Directions

    put the shrimp into a big mixing bowl...one with a lid works best

    chop the cucumber, cilantro, green onion, jalepeno, shrimp if they are too large for you and yellow pepper and add to the bowl

    add the clamato juice depending on how chunky you want the ceviche

    add garlic powder, pepper and salt to taste

    let sit for at least 5 hours before serving

    you can squeeze the lime juice anytime while preparing the ceviche or you can serve with lime wedges...enjoy:)
