- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 9 to 10 c. flour
- 1 extra egg (for glaze)
Directions

1In large, glass bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon of the sugar in water.

2Let sit for 10 minutes.

3Add salt, remaining sugar, oil and 4 eggs; mix well.

4Add 3 cups of flour at a time until you have a firm dough.
