- 13 to 14 oz. green chilies
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. pinto beans
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. oregano
- water to cover
Directions

1Add chilies, garlic, pinto beans and seasonings to pork.

2Add water to cover.

3Cover pan and cook 6 hours.

4Remove pork from bone; shred meat; cook down to desired thickness or add a little water if too dry.

5Serve over chips with cheese, onion, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole or chopped avocado, sour cream, olives and salsa.
