- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
- salsa
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet (1/8 inch) over medium heat until hot. Place tortillas, one at a time, in hot oil, bending one side up about 1 inch with tongs until set.

2Repeat with other side to form a shallow boat.

3Mix beans, chili powder, garlic powder and oregano.

4Spread about 1/4 cup on each tortilla; top with cheese. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

5Heat oven to broil; place cookie sheet under for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese has melted.

6Serve with tomato and avocado wedges and salsa.
