- 6 chicken breasts
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. champagne
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/2 c. chopped red peppers
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Flour and pan-fry chicken until golden brown.

2Add all other ingredients to soup.

3Place chicken in a glass baking dish and pour mushroom mixture over the chicken.

4Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
