- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 10 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 to 4 dashes Tabasco
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. champagne
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Blend all ingredients, except butter, in blender for 2 minutes.

2Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly, until thick. Add butter and stir well.

3Cool mixture and store in refrigerator.
