  • 1 1/2 pints champagne
  • 1 salt
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1 all-purpose flour

    Thaw and easy the turkey.

    Patvdry with paper towel.

    Rub the turkey with salt and pepper.

    Dustvwith the flour

    Place the turkey into the baking bag (sleeve).

    Pour half bottle champagne under into the bag.

    Tie it up.

    Make a few cuts so the vapor can escape.

    Baking time depends on how big your turkey is.

    On 10-12 lb turkey I use half bottle of champagne.

    Use more for a bigger one.
