  • 8 to 10 potatoes, mashed
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Pile mashed potatoes in baking dish.

    Beat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until stiff.

    Fold in 1/2 cup of grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.

    Spread over the potatoes and bake in oven (350°) until delicately brown, 15 minutes or so.
