- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

1Pile mashed potatoes in baking dish.

2Beat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until stiff.

3Fold in 1/2 cup of grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.

4Spread over the potatoes and bake in oven (350°) until delicately brown, 15 minutes or so.
