- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cut potatoes as for fries.

2Place in center of large square of aluminum foil.

3Add cream.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper, parsley and cheese.

5Wrap in foil, tightly.

6Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes.
