  • 3 large potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cut potatoes as for fries.

    Place in center of large square of aluminum foil.

    Add cream.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, parsley and cheese.

    Wrap in foil, tightly.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes.
