  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. red char siu sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. liquor
  • 1 Tbsp. shoyu sauce

Directions

    Cut pork butt into 1 1/2-inch strips.

    Combine all ingredients and soak overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in an open pan.

    When cooking, pour sauce into pan and cook.
