- 5 Tbsp. red char siu sauce
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. liquor
- 1 Tbsp. shoyu sauce
Directions

1Cut pork butt into 1 1/2-inch strips.

2Combine all ingredients and soak overnight.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour in an open pan.

4When cooking, pour sauce into pan and cook.
