  • 3 sugar cubes
  • 1 lemon, juice of, meyer plus half of the rind
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 12 ounce Cointreau liqueur
  • 1 12 ounces charbay meyer lemon-flavored vodka
  • lemon, slice (for garnish)

Directions

    Muddle sugar cubes, lemon juice, lemon rind, simple syrup and Cointreau in a shaker.

    Add vodka and ice.

    Shake and strain into a sugar-rimmed martini glass.

    Garnish with lemon slice.
